HOW
TO FIND AN
ITEM
Finding an
item is easy:
Click on Order
Products link
on the left
side of the
screen. Scroll
down until you
find the
product you're
interested in.
After clicking
on Order
products you
will see on
the left
additional
menu options
for Tanklocker
Accessories,
ZipPak
Accessories,
Headlight
Bulbs, and a
very useful
link Supported
Bikes. The
Supported
Bikes link
will take you
to a page that
lists all
motorcycles
supported and
which products
are available
for each
Sportbike.
In
the middle of
the each
screen (just
below the
logo) you will
also notice a
pull down menu
on every page
that says
Products For
Sale.
This menu will
also take you
to a more
information
page for each
product.
"ADDING
AN ITEM TO
YOUR SHOPPING
CART"
Once you have
found the
product that
is right for
you, simply
click the
"Order"
button and you
will be taken
to the
shopping cart.
Be sure to
make the
appropriate
selections on
any pull down
menus that may
be associated
with your
selection.
If
you are
ordering
luggage, you
may be
interested in
upgrading the
material for
your bag to
our new Lexel
material. If
you do please
type Lexel in
the order
instructions
box and we
will make your
bag using that
material.
There is a $20
additional
charge for
this material
and we will
add this
amount to the
total for each
bag when we
run your
credit card.
Next
select the
type of credit
card you would
like to use.
We accept
Visa, Master
Card,
Discover, and
American
Express. If
your shipping
address is
different than
your billing
address please
click that box
to "Use
separate
shipping
address".
CHECKING
OUT
After you've
made your
selections and
you are ready
to complete
your order,
click
"Checkout".
This will take
you to a
secure page
where we
collect your
billing and,
if different,
shipping
information,
as well as
your payment
information.
If someone
told you about
our product
and gave you a
Rider Rep #
please provide
it in the text
box on this
page
(optional).
Once you have
provided the
necessary
information
click on
(Submit This
Order) and
that is it.
RECEIPT
SCREEN
When your
order is
accepted by
our system,
which happens
immediately,
you will see
what we call
the receipt
screen. You
may wish to
print this
page by
selecting
print on your
browser.
CONFIRMATION
EMAILS
You will also
receive an
email
confirming the
receipt of
your order.
DELIVERY
TIME: We
need to have a
very clear
understanding
here. These
are
individually
produced,
hand-made
items. They
are not
mass-produced
in a factory
on the other
side of the
planet by the
thousands of
pieces and
inventoried in
some monster
warehouse.
Consequently…there
is time
involved. We
can’t
specifically
promise any
time frame
because
invariably it
will come back
to haunt us.
We make every
effort
possible to
get these bags
to you as
quickly as we
can, but
production
situations
beyond our
control may
delay this
somewhat
depending on
what you have
ordered.
Because these
items are
application
specific, we
don’t
inventory much
of it, and
have it
produced as it’s
ordered. We do
the best we
can. We’ll
try and get it
to you as
quickly as
possible, and
you are always
welcome to
contact us and
get a status
update. We
know you
understand.
High quality
items take
time to
produce. This
is the reason
there are no
drive-thru
windows at
French
restaurants.
All Luggage
Locker
products are
shipped from
our Ohio
distribution
center by U.S.
Postal Service
Priority Mail.
Most
deliveries
take 2-3 days
after we mail
them; orders
to the west
coast may take
longer. We do
not offer
overnight or
expedited
shipping on
any product.
International
shipping is
available and
priced
according to
destination;
just check
with us for a
shipping
quote.
